The staff were super friendly and the rooms had all the facilities I needed, like an electric kettle and central heating. the views over the lake were magnificent, and the location right on the lakefront was awesome.

Every time in Turangi, I choose this place. The rooms are impressive and compact, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The hotel serves fine food.

Location: the hotel was right by a scenic bay, the lakeside and many sights. The room was exceptionally nice and equipped with 2 single beds, the kitchen. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a toaster were a huge plus...

Stunning lake views, fancy bungalow made from a Volkswagen van, and conveniently located near Turangi. The camp atmosphere is so authentic, it's like being in a Kiwi holiday movie!

I absolutely loved the slight chill in the night, the door that couldn't close tightly, and the lack of kitchenware. Who needs those things anyway?

This place is conveniently located near the beautiful lake and Taupo, surrounded by lovely scenery, featuring unique buildings and rooms with two single beds, making it a nice and easy spot to wake up in.

We spent one night here and really enjoyed the spacious rooms that accommodated our bigger kids, and the kitchen facilities were great, plus the bar was perfect for breakfast.

I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation at Motuoapa Bay Holiday Park for a weekend getaway. The bungalow, made from an old Volkswagen van, was warm, comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved it. The facilities were spotless and the stunning views provided a peaceful setting. The location was also convenient, not far from Turangi.

The setting here is fantastic, just a quick 5-minute stroll from Lake Taupo, and we loved having the queen studio with a fridge and kitchenette for added convenience.
